Eight rooms in 215 ft2

Posted by Assia Awad

This house by MYCC Architecture Office has a foot print of 20 m2/ 215 ft2 and a volume of a 100 m3/ 3531 ft3. It consists of large number of narrow rooms that are connected to each other visually. The layout of the apartment is reminiscent of old computer games platforms, where you jump from one platform to another.

  • I love this! Makes so much sense in so little space.

  • Really great design. Feels much bigger than 215 sq feet. I don’t see a door or screen on the bathroom which seems odd. Kitchen looks great, just not sure where you would eat.
I love this space. Where is this located?

  • What a great idea!

  • It’s located in Madrid, Spain

  • Interesting space; it’s really odd that there’s no privacy in the bathroom.

  • I like it but it seems rife with danger. For example, who puts a rolling chair next to a sheer drop!?

    • I had not noticed the rolling chair. Yes very dangerous. Otherwise a nice living space.
