This 273-ft2/22 m2 apartment in Warsaw, Poland, is home for a small family comprising a mother, her young son and their adorable dog. Although space is scarce, the apartment does not feel cramped.

Storage and a bed are integrated into one large modular cube.

This family was able to create their cozy little home on a reasonable budget by using plywood and chipboard as materials.

On one side of the loft bed you find a big wardrobe.

And on the other a lot of pull-out drawers

“Big String Out!” designed by OneOnes is installed on the door next to the bathroom. This is a excellent storage solution for the things you use on a daily basis. The elastic cords make it very easy to use.

The removable ladder is stored against the wall when it is not being used to reach treasures in hard-to-reach places.

The son thinks climbing the ladder is great fun.

When the sink and stove are not being used, a fold-down table adds some extra counter space to the kitchen.
