Tiny home living doesn’t have to mean you live a bare-bones-basic or impractical lifestyle. Choose the right company offering the right plan, and it can be the epitome of luxury. The tiny house business Handcrafted Movement, based in Tennessee, is proof of that.
They are the proud builders of Hideaway, a stunning tiny house with French doors built on an industry-leading Iron Eagle 31-foot by 8.5-foot trailer. This tiny house has everything any small home lover will appreciate, like a downstairs bedroom, a spacious loft, quality appliances, and a luxurious bathroom akin to those in the average home.
With a striking two-tone paint job and Midnight Bronze standing seam metal roof to complete the look, it ticks all the right boxes!
The Hideaway model on offer from Handcrafted Movement is available for $145,000, with a 16-week lead time.
The Hideaway, crafted by Handcrafted Movement, embodies the charm of a tiny home with its modest dimensions of 31 feet in length, 8.5 feet in width, and a height of 13 feet four inches, all situated on a trailer equipped with road lighting and brakes designed for safe travel.
This home catches the eye with its distinctive two-tone color palette and the elegance of its Craftsman-style French doors that feature a smart Wi-Fi-enabled handle, enhancing both security and convenience. Additionally, the thoughtful inclusion of exterior lighting adds to its allure.
Designed with the potential for full-time occupancy in mind, the Hideaway is prepared to meet everyday living needs. It offers practical amenities such as two external power outlets, a robust 50-amp electrical panel with an RV outlet, and a propane system that includes two 30-pound tanks with an automated changeover valve for continuous supply.
Upon entering the tiny home, your eyes are immediately drawn to the flooring flowing seamlessly throughout the entire tiny home. Handcrafted Movement installed engineered oak hardwood flooring that’s both hard-wearing and easy-care. This floor also adds a touch of warmth to the tiny home.
Caters to Two-Plus People
While this tiny home has a conservative footprint, it still caters to two-plus people. A dining table in the kitchen area is set up with a bench and two stools. It can comfortably seat four people for meals at any time. Its position by the window also means you’ll enjoy plenty of natural light while you eat.

Tiny home living doesn’t have to mean budget living. The kitchen in this tiny home is a work of art with its marble tile countertops, brass and matte black hardware, and white farmhouse sink. There are also plenty of cabinets, drawers, and shelves for kitchen essentials. Any passionate cook will be thrilled with this area.
Hideaway has been kitted out with high-quality appliances for a superior cooking experience. Nestled between the gorgeous cabinetry is a 21-inch four-burner LP gas range. There is also an exterior vented hood fan above it.
Fridge/Freezer Built Into the Staircase
While small fridge-freezers are common in tiny houses with limited space, Handcrafted Movement managed to incorporate a standard one for user convenience. Taking pride of place in the kitchen is a custom two-door 10.1 cubic-foot fridge/freezer with an automatic defrost function. It has been built into the staircase that would otherwise be wasted space.
Thanks to the high ceilings, it hardly feels like you’re in a tiny house. The refreshing white paint also adds a sense of lightness and space to the room. It also doesn’t hurt that the double French doors and a large window are also present in this area to maximize all available natural light.
Who said tiny house living meant you had to say goodbye to feature walls? The lounge area boasts a brick wall with a built-in electric heater. This 126-inch-tall wall also adds separation between the ground-floor bedroom and the main living area.
The Flex Room
The downstairs bedroom, also described as the ’flex room’, can be used as a bedroom with room for a king-size bed. However, it can also be an office, a gym, a hang-out space, or whatever you please! It comes kitted out with a custom bedroom headboard for convenience.
There’s so much to love about the flex room in the Hideaway tiny home model. It has an abundance of built-in storage cubbies, cabinets, and closets. There is also unique round shelving under the ceiling. Fill it with plants, books, or odds and ends. The choice is yours.
We all deserve to relax from time to time. You can do that in the flex room! Handcrafted Movement installed a built-in 32-inch Smart TV hutch for your convenience.
The staircase leads you straight up to the loft bedroom, with clever storage space tucked away underneath.
The large sleeping loft up the stairs is a relaxing haven for any tiny house dwellers. It has enough space for a queen mattress and has been decorated with a serene white color scheme. This loft also has plenty of windows for a cross breeze and natural light.
Gorgeous Bathroom
The bathroom is easily one of the most beautiful spaces in this build. From the gorgeous white, brass, and natural wood theme to the full tile splashback, no expense was spared. This bathroom is also fully functional for everyday living, with a vanity, sink, and water, drain, and power hookups for a washer-dryer combo.
The bathroom is spacious enough to include an energy-efficient flush toilet and a large 36-inch by 36-inch tile shower.
Every detail was well thought out in this bathroom. The brass fixtures tie in with those found in other parts of the tiny house. There is also an energy-efficient LP tankless water heater to ensure tiny home dwellers never run out of hot water!
