Lived In, Loved, and Fully Loaded – This $80K Tiny Home Is Ready for Its Next Chapter

From its gorgeous Tree of Life feature window to its enclosed porch and charming interior design, everything about this tiny home encourages you to slow down and start enjoying the simpler things in life. That’s what its owner did for five years in Tampa, Florida, before they decided to head in a different direction.

Now, this 334-square-foot tiny home, inspired by the Tree of Life and custom-designed by Cornerstone Tiny Homes in 2019, is ready for its new owners to pick up where the previous owner left off.

While you can negotiate a rental agreement with the landowner where this tiny home is located, you can also purchase this 26 x 8-foot, RVA-certified house on wheels for $70,000, including all major furnishings and features, and set it up somewhere new.

This gorgeous 334-square-foot tiny home by Cornerstone Tiny Homes was custom-designed and built in 2019 for its current owner, who is now relocating. It’s RVIA-certified, features a bedroom loft and a storage loft, and includes a 25-foot, 50-amp power cord with an RV plug.

The current owner is selling it for $80,000 with a range of appliances, utilities, furniture, and extras. You’ll quickly be set up for comfortable everyday living with two food-grade water hoses, septic hoses and supports, six support jacks, and two UV-protective wheel covers. The owner will also include seven three-foot-long ground anchors and eight heavy-duty turnbuckle connectors.

The new owners can negotiate a rental agreement with the landowner where it’s currently located in Tampa, Florida, or transport it to a new location.

While this tiny home has many unique features, the charming enclosed porch is undoubtedly the most noticeable when you first see it. Entirely screened in, it’s a cosy haven for cat owners who want to keep their furry friends contained, or plant lovers who want a sun-drenched, secure environment that they can enjoy.

The door leading to the patio and the home has a push-button lock. Rather than using a key, you can simply enter a code and walk right in.

As you enter the gorgeous, nature-inspired living area, the warmth and comfort of the space become apparent. The easy-care walnut-coloured flooring is soul-warming against the green door and light-coloured walls.

This sun-drenched space also features a full-size sofa and table. Cosy up on the couch and watch your favourite shows on the TV installed on a mount on the opposite wall. Rest and relax comfortably in this space, knowing that one-way tint on all windows protects your privacy.

While Cornerstone Tiny Homes typically custom-builds its ladders to be sturdy and durable, they are on the heavier side. Most weigh between 30 and 40 pounds. For someone with back issues, a ladder this heavy can be cumbersome. As a result, this tiny home features a telescoping ladder that extends to 10 feet and hooks to the loft railing. While stable, it weighs a mere 10-12 pounds.

As you enter the kitchen, one feature stands out above the rest: the kitchen unit. The walnut butcher block countertop, in particular, is the standout. It contrasts beautifully against the charcoal cabinets. The countertop is also home to an 80/20 configuration sink and a tall pull-out faucet with an adjustable sprayer.

As the homeowner wasn’t a passionate cook, there was no traditional stove. However, there is ample storage space, including generous 36-inch drawers. The included microwave is also a convection oven and is vented outside to remove cooking odours. Additionally, there is a NuWave induction cooktop that you can store away after use. A full-size fridge is adjacent to the cabinetry.

Beyond the kitchen is a gorgeous sliding barn door with the same pine tongue-and-groove wood as the ceiling. This door opens into the spacious bathroom.

Organization counts for a lot in any tiny home, and the Tiny Tree of Life is no exception. The original owner requested a fully custom staircase, which future owners can now benefit from.

It has a bottom compartment for a cat litter box, various cubbies, and double pull-out drawers. The soft-close hinges are the icing on the cake! Everything has its place in this custom staircase.

The round porthole window at the bottom of the stairs leading to the bedroom loft is one of the most beautiful features of this tiny home. It features a Tree of Life and ties together all rustic, nature-inspired elements.

As you slide back the barn-style door in the kitchen and enter the bathroom, you come across a generously-sized, three-foot-wide closet. It has a top rod for a shower curtain, so you can hide it, as well as a clothes rod for all your clothing. There is also plenty of space underneath for a chest of drawers, which comes with the tiny home.

Everyone deserves a little luxury in their home, and that’s what you’ll get in the shower. It’s a traditional 36-inch fiberglass shower with built-in shelves for all your showering essentials.

The serene green bathroom is well-equipped with all essential items. There’s a white vessel sink with a waterfall faucet and a conventional toilet. Cornerstone Tiny Homes also installed a ‘Dew Stop’ switch. This device monitors humidity and activates the exhaust fan when levels are too high.

The laundry area of the bathroom is custom-designed as requested by the owner. The included washer-dryer combo sits on a pedestal and has a deep storage drawer underneath. Within it, there’s plenty of space for toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, and other essentials. Adjacent is an additional storage unit for towels.

The primary sleeping space is a serene haven for relaxation. Windows on both sides allow for a comfortable cross-breeze, and the light colours promote rest. While conservative in size, the unit includes a punch-out area that can provide extra storage or accommodate a small dresser.

Adjacent to this main loft is a secondary storage loft with a square window and iron pipe railing. It’s an ideal sun trap for cats!
