With beach vibes galore, this coastal-inspired tiny house on a 31 x 10-foot triple-axle trailer is Handcrafted Movement’s largest model yet. The build has been certified as a Park Model RV and boasts a flexible space downstairs for a bedroom or home office, as well as a sleeping loft. It is up for sale for $129,000, and Handcrafted Movement can arrange for transportation anywhere in the United States.

This coastal-inspired tiny home by Tennessee tiny home company Handcrafted Movement is a real head-turner with its size and styling. From the warm white exterior with taupe accents to the metal roof and 50-amp electrical panel with an RV outlet and a propane hookup, it has everything you could want and need.
This tiny home is also rated for 20,000 pounds, weighs 16,000 pounds, and is set up on a 31 x 10-foot triple-axle trailer with road lighting and trailer brakes. Its practicality for everyday living is also bound to catch your attention, with the entire tiny house measuring 31 feet long, 10 feet wide, and 13 feet, 10 inches tall.

Upon entering the tiny home, you’ll immediately be amazed by how seamlessly the exterior style flows into the interior. Beautiful wood flooring has been paired harmoniously with fresh white walls. At the front of the house, the staircase beckons you upward to the cozy loft bedroom, which is conveniently situated next to a storage nook designed for outerwear and everyday essential

The sleeping loft up the staircase is of a generous size, with plenty of room for a queen mattress. The white walls make the space appear light, bright, and spacious. A large sliding window also lets in plenty of natural light and fresh air.

Handcrafted Movement was able to create separation between the loft bedroom and the living space through cleverly installed partial walls, offering the illusion of privacy and making the entire tiny house seem more ‘house-like’. These walls also function as a feature in the living room and can be the perfect place for your prized art.

The wide plank oak hardwood flooring can’t help but add warmth to this tiny house while accentuating the coastal theme. If the illusion of warmth isn’t enough, a mini-split heating and air conditioning system is also located above the dining table.
Large Farmhouse Sink and Marble Countertops

All elements in the kitchen work harmoniously with each other, from the large farmhouse sink and marble countertops to the metal and brass fixtures and fittings. This kitchen also has everything a tiny home dweller needs to cook up a storm, including a stainless GE four-burner LP gas range, an exterior-vented hood fan, and a stainless two-door 10.5 cubic-foot fridge-freezer.

The farm-style entrance door is in the middle of the tiny house and is akin to those you’d find in an average home. It provides entry directly into the kitchen and dining area.

Handcrafted Movement hand-picked the most stylish dining set to both match the coastal-inspired home’s décor and fit in a confined space. This wood counter-height dining table has a bench and two chairs to provide dining space for up to four people. While you eat, you can enjoy the view and plenty of natural light.
Cozy Living Area

The living area adjacent to the kitchen and dining space has been designed for comfort, warmth, and style. There’s space for a small couch or two chairs, and a 43-inch Smart TV hutch is already built in place. A built-in electric fireplace is also underneath for added warmth and ambiance on those cold winter days.

While most tiny homes only have a loft bedroom, this coastal delight bucks the trend. A flexible downstairs space behind a sliding barn door can become an office, a home gym, a hobby room, or an extra bedroom.

The ‘flex room’ or master bedroom, is located in the rear of the tiny home and is the perfect relaxation haven after a busy day. The small nook in the wall is ideal for a double bed and has two gorgeous lights on either side. With a window on each side, this room receives plenty of sunshine and light.
Cabinets, Closets, and Storage Cubbies

Storage can be lacking in the average tiny home, but not in this Handcrafted Movement creation. There is a variety of cabinets, a large closet, and storage cubbies for your everyday possessions. You can store a great deal in the tiny home’s conservative footprint.

Tiny home bathrooms don’t have to be uncomfortable. In fact, they don’t even have to differ from those you’d find in traditional homes. This tiny home boasts an energy-efficient flush toilet and a stylish marble-topped vanity. The brass accents tie the whole look together. The bathroom also has water, power, and drainage hookups for a washer-dryer combo.

The shower is as luxurious as they come, measuring 48 by 36 inches – much larger than the average tiny home or RV shower. With an energy-efficient LP tankless water heater, you never have to worry about running out of hot water.
