As anyone who has ever lived in a tiny house or contemplated living in a tiny house will know, you have to be quite smart with space. Why? Because there isn’t a lot of it. Bulgarian tiny house company, Tiny Escape Houses, is one of many companies now leading the way with both tiny houses and innovative space-saving features. Even though this company can bring your own unique tiny home vision to life, they have also recently launched their very own tiny house model: EBH 659. With three pricing options available under the EBH 659 name, at least one is bound to capture your attention.
The most affordable tiny house in their range is available for €21,900 or on sale for €19,900. This price incorporates the trailer, house construction, interior and exterior cladding, doors, windows, bedroom, plumbing, and electrical.
For €25,900, or €23,900 on sale, you could also include kitchen furniture, two folding sofas/beds, a shower cabin, and a folding table in the price. Although, if you’re looking for a tiny home that’s ready for you to move in and enjoy, the third level standard price of €32,800 or €28,900 on special may be more to your liking.
At this level, you receive everything you would at first and second level pricing, but with the inclusion of air conditioning, all kitchen and bathroom necessities, lighting fixtures, a built-in audio system and TV, two mattresses, folding chairs, and more.
The EBH 659 tiny home produced by Bulgarian tiny house company, Tiny Escape Houses, offers many space-saving solutions above and beyond what you would find in many other tiny homes.
The entire interior of the tiny home has been designed with functionality in mind, even though it also manages to be aesthetically pleasing at the same time. The couch is multi-functional and also borders onto the master bedroom area.
What functions as artwork during the day can quickly become a functioning table for meals. It ties in seamlessly with the style of the rest of the home and is easy to fold up and down at a moment’s notice.
When you transform the wall art into a table and add two chairs, you’ve got enough space for four people to dine comfortably in the centre of the tiny home.
The two chairs that the pull-down table accommodate are flat-packed. When not in use, they fit neatly under the sofa – out of sight and out of mind.
Who knew a simple sofa could have so many secrets? When you’ve finished eating, you can fold the table back onto the wall and flatten the chairs down for storage underneath the sofa.
During the day, the sofa provides enough space for two or three people to relax. However, at night, it quickly transforms into a luxurious bed for two people. As a result, two couples, or four people, can comfortably sleep in this tiny home at any one time.
Adjacent to the multi-purpose sofa is a quaint kitchenette that has everything for the tiny home owners to cook up a storm. There’s also a 32-inch TV positioned on the wall for those in the living nook to watch.
The main bed in this tiny home is tucked away in a quiet nook to the rear. Both occupants can access above-bed lighting for reading once the sun sets.
With large windows, you can park somewhere beautiful and enjoy a magnificent view when you wake up in the morning.
No stone has been left unturned in crafting a seamless, aesthetic, and entirely functional bathroom. Tiny home owners can reap the rewards of ample storage, a generous-sized sink, and even a large mirror to offer the illusion of space. There is also a window for ventilation.
The shower in EBH 659 is not dissimilar to those you’d find in your average home. It’s of a comfortable and convenient size and sits adjacent to the sink and toilet.
