The private customers requested a retro vibe that was both luxurious and comfortable for life on the road.
The living, dining, and kitchen nook is perfect for a family, with colourful custom-engineered wood throughout and plenty of room for dining and relaxing. The L-shaped lounge has a convertible dining and coffee table.
The yellow Formica-style table contrasts beautifully against the teal seating and vibrant orange flooring. The white cabinetry breaks up the colour to add freshness.
The kitchen boasts everything you need for cooking up a storm, including a two-burner propane top and a Bosch convection oven. The kitchen is also the media centre, with a 49-inch Sonos stereo system paired with an Apple TV.
The kitchen is reminiscent of those from days gone by, all the while adding a contemporary freshness. It has a residential SMEG refrigerator with a freezer compartment, which is nestled between vintage-style countertops and cabinetry pulls.
The orange and white retro theme is carried on throughout the Airstream, with an elegant flow from one area to the next.
Sliding arch doors lead to the master bedroom, which is full of surprises. Here, you will find a drop-down ceiling 32-inch TV, Sonos stereo system, and Apple TV. The walls are also upholstered, and the Queen bed has an automatic bed lift for storage.
The retro wallpaper adds a funky vibe that new, unaltered Airstreams and holiday homes generally don’t provide.
Even the kids are well catered for in this Airstream, with two bunk beds featuring wardrobes and storage. They also have colour-changing LED mood lighting.
