However, one feature makes this tiny home stand out from others on the market: the central loft bedroom. While Artista looks conservatively sized from the outside, it’s deceivingly spacious on the inside. Tiny Tect has made full use of all available space, including the 4.25-metre ceiling height, with a central loft bedroom and ample storage. The light, plywood walls also make the main living area feel open, bright, and spacious.

The adjoining kitchen and living area are well set up for entertainment. You can cook up a storm in the modern kitchen while chatting with your loved ones in the living area. With large windows, this area is bathed in natural light. However, you can maintain a comfortable home temperature year-round with the mini-split.
