The Guest Bed Is Hidden Under the Bedroom Floor in This Micro Apartment

With the rising costs of London real estate, even the smallest apartment is now out of many people’s price range. Therefore, buyers are having to get more inventive with what they buy and how they utilize that available space. A brilliant example of doing more with less is in the case of a young buyer who purchased a 35sqm flat in Islington London. They called upon the services of London-based CIAO to renovate the new studio apartment with strict instructions.

Even though there was only 35sqm to work with, there needed to be room for friends and family to stay without compromising on space at any other time. CIAO went over and above to deliver on that promise. They turned the small, shoebox apartment into one of space and function. They created an open-plan interior with no corridors and space-saving furniture. This combination meant all the owner’s needs were covered, but without the feeling of being in such a small space.
