Step Inside Barefoot Caravans’ Two Stunning Collaborations with Country Living

Barefoot Caravans has been crafting retro-style, modern British caravans since 2012, blending classic design with quality manufacturing. Their unique appeal has taken them across the UK, Europe, North America, and beyond, earning them international recognition. They’ve even been featured on BBC World News, This Morning, and George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces, as well as in national publications.

The British company has teamed up with Country Living magazine to create two stunning models: Ferne and Daisy. Both feature a stylish Northwick Green exterior and are packed with comforts for effortless travel. Designed with Country Living style experts, these caravans offer a tranquil, home-like feel wherever you go.

Ferne and Daisy are bright, airy, and thoughtfully equipped with fully-fitted kitchens, spacious bathrooms, and seating areas that convert into king-sized beds. They also include plenty of storage and an outdoor shower—perfect for post-beach adventures with pets.

Lightweight and meticulously crafted, these caravans start at £37,450 (approximately $46,120) and offer optional extras to suit your needs.

Tucked away in the rear is a luxurious U-shaped seat with underseat storage that converts into a generous six-foot-long by six-foot-wide bed. You can choose from a range of vinyl fabrics. This area is also home to polyvision windows with flyscreens and blinds.

Throughout the caravan, you’ll be able to take advantage of a comprehensive electrics system boasting three USB ports, a 12-volt socket, and two 230-volt sockets.

Daisy’s gorgeous default vinyl color pops against the Karnean flooring, which is available in grey limed oak – classic, honey limed oak – Country Living, and aged oak – forward.

There is also a quaint dining table in this area that you can store in the wardrobe, and cubby holes above the seats for even more storage space. Even the lighting in this area and throughout the caravan is worthy of mention, with internal LED lights, two dimmable ceiling lights, two reading lights with USB ports, and both cubby hole and floor-level lighting.

It’s home to two kitchen base units, a worktop-mounted shelving unit, and a locker up the top with sliding doors. Caravan owners can also choose between Classic and Country Living solid oak worktops or Forward solid white acrylic worktops.

For comfort, convenience, and entertainment, travelers can enjoy the MPK ventilated roof light, the three-bottle wine rack, a heating control panel by Truma iNet X, and a Sargent control panel for convenience. There is even a 65-litre marine-style compressor fridge with an ice box, courtesy of Webasto.
